What Gets You a Useful Answer
Photos of the details. Curbs, drains, pipe boots, terminations, and seams. The field of a roof tells us very little; the details tell us almost everything.
What is on it now. Deck type, existing membrane or panel, approximate age, and any previous coatings — including "we honestly do not know," which is a normal answer with a known test protocol.
Square footage and what it covers. A warehouse, a poultry house, and a cold storage building get different specs at the same square footage.
What is failing. Active leaks, ponding, corroded fasteners, condensation, or just age and an insurance requirement.
Contractors and distributors: include your region and approximate annual volume and the wholesale schedule and private-label details come back with the answer.
